Can I track my order?
- All our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order, alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.
- When we send your despatched email, there can sometime be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide please allow up to 48 hours for your orders information to be visible.
- Sign into your JD account www.jdsports.com.sg/myaccount/dashboard/ and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.

Standard Home Delivery
Please allow 5-7 working days for all standard delivery orders to be dispatched.
For a limited time, we are offering free delivery sitewide with no minimum spend within Singapore*. The free shipping promotion may vary from time to time and is subject to changes without notice.
*We cannot deliver parcels to the restricted area such as P.O Box and Offshore Islands.

How do I return/exchange my order?

If you change your mind on a purchase, please return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or in their original packaging which must also be undamaged in its original condition.
The original packaging must also be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labeled, damaged, or taped.
Due to health and hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear and jewelry piercing products unless faulty. JD Sports Singapore reserves the right to reject your return should the item, its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition.
The following products are classified as Non-Returnable Products:

JD Sports Singapore reserves the right to modify or include products classified as Non-Refundable including limited time-based restrictions at any time.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Website, Mobile or App order
It can take between 3-5 working days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.
In-store Kiosk order
It can take between 7-14 working days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Will you refund my delivery charges?
If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.

How will i know you have successfully received my order?
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is be usually within a few hours.
Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.
Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and then clicking on My Orders.

Where do you ship from?
All online orders are shipped from our regional warehouse located in Malaysia.

Do you ship to my country?
Orders placed on JD Singapore website are for delivery to local address only.

Will the recipient have to pay duty on the order?
No customs charges apply.

Can I pay extra for express delivery?
Unfortunately, we only provide Standard delivery for all orders which usually takes within 3-5 working days of your order being despatched.

I want to check stock online
Before you contact our Customer team. to advise on stock online, please ensure you've checked the item you require isn't showing as in stock on the website.

Can you tell me if you’re getting an item back in stock?
Our Customer Care team. have limited information on restocks, the best place to find out when new product is landed is via our social media channels.

Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
