What is your online return(s) policy?

If you change your mind on a purchase, please return your goods to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or in their original packaging which must also be undamaged in its original condition.
The original packaging must also be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labeled, damaged, or taped.
Due to health and hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear and jewelry piercing products unless faulty. JD Sports Singapore reserves the right to reject your return should the item, its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition.
The following products are classified as Non-Returnable Products:

c. New Balance 550, New Balance 530, New Balance 990V6

e. All Raffle Products

How do I return/exchange my order?

We offer exchange in-store except for items marked as Non-Returnable.
With effect from 15 February 2023, JD Sports Singapore will no longer accept physical returns to the warehouse. You are welcome to return your online orders to any JD Sports stores in Singapore. Use our store finder to locate a store now.

How long will it take to get my refund?

The refund process takes between 7-14 working days for orders placed through the desktop website, mobile website, mobile app, or personal shopper app.

How will I know you have successfully received my order?

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is be usually within a few hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and then clicking on My Orders.

I have a faulty/damaged item(s)

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer service team at +65 3138 5215 or by email at customercare@jdsports.com.sg, who will discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then offer a refund depending on the results.
Alternatively, you can take your despatch note and the faulty or damaged goods to one of our JD Sports stores. The team will be happy to assist and send your item off to our distribution centre. The distribution centre will carry out an inspection and offer a refund depending on the results.

Will you refund my delivery charge?

If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.

Can I exchange my online purchased item(s)?

We are unable to exchange the item you return. However, you can return the unwanted item for a refund, and proceed to place a new order.

How do I exchange something I bought in-store?

We provide product exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase for all full-priced merchandise and within 14 days of the date of purchase for all sale and promotional merchandise.
An original receipt must be presented to be eligible for an exchange. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
