What is your online return(s) policy?

Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned. Please note the due to hygiene purpose, we do not accept Sport Bra, underwear, bikini top and bottom
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
Please be informed that in-store purchases are not eligible for returns.

How do I return/exchange my order?

In-store Kiosk order:
To return a purchase made through the in-store kiosk, please return to the same store where you placed the order.
Website, Mobile or App order:
To return a purchase made through the website, mobile or app, you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier to our returns centre. We recommend you use one who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility. Please take note that walk-ins will not be entertained at the returns centre.

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.
Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.

I have a faulty/damaged item(s)

If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Care team, who will discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund.
Alternatively, you can take your despatch note and the faulty or damaged goods to one of our JD stores. The team will be happy to assist and send your item off to our distribution centre who will do an inspection, then depending on the results offer a refund.
